LIVE BLUE CRABS!

I called Virginia to get her recipe for Jaibas, and her recipe together with my supersweet home grown cherry tomatoes, I created the most amazing dish of blue crabs I have ever eaten!

The tomatoes were so sweet, that when I added them to the fried onions, the room filled with a sweet wine aroma, even though none was around. I was in heaven today.

The Beginning

AnneMarie was born in the sixth minute of January sixth 2007. She weighed six pounds and 4.3 ounces. The first words ever said when she was born was a chorus of three simultaneous voices, my wife Rosemary's, mine and our Doctor's proclaiming: "SHE IS SO BEAUTIFUL!"

The cliché "and our lives changed forever" is quite appropriate. She is such a great baby, so aware and amazing. Everyday is a happy day in the Torres Family.
